1. Digital Content — Non-Refundable
Orient Destiny sells digital content and personalized services. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once content has been generated or delivered.
NON-REFUNDABLE items include:
- AI-generated destiny card images
- AI-generated talisman card images
- Weekly fortune reports (once viewed)
- Yearly fortune reports (once viewed)
- Compatibility readings (once viewed)
- PDF downloads (once downloaded)
- Extra card credits (once used)
2. Subscriptions
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the period ends.
Refund eligibility for subscriptions:
- If you cancel BEFORE any premium content has been generated or viewed: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- If premium content HAS been generated or viewed: No refund will be issued.
3. Exception Policy
We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors preventing content delivery
- Billing errors by our payment processor
To request an exception refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@orientdestiny.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error (if applicable)
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your account at orientdestiny.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"

5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery.
