By accessing or using Orient Destiny ("the Service") at orientdestiny.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by M&T Pacific LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (Entity ID: 2026-001986199).

Orient Destiny provides personalized Eastern astrology readings based on Saju (Four Pillars) and I Ching systems, together with Chinese zodiac and Western sun-sign references. Our readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

All readings, forecasts, and interpretations provided by Orient Destiny are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other field. M&T Pacific LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any reading.

Orient Destiny is a digital information product — readings, fortunes, compatibility analyses and AI-generated destiny cards. Everything you buy is delivered immediately on purchase, and your access is permanent.

IMPORTANT: because the content is delivered the moment you pay, all sales are final. Once a reading has been shown to you it has been consumed and cannot be returned. We do not refund change of mind, or disagreement with what a reading says.

Two exceptions are always honoured, because in both the fault is ours: duplicate charges, and a technical failure to deliver your access. See the Refund Policy for how to claim one.

Before checkout you are asked to confirm that you understand this content is delivered immediately and that all sales are final. Checkout cannot proceed until you do, and we record that agreement with the date and the policy version in force at the time.

Orient Destiny offers a single one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions:

This is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel. Access attaches to your account, opens immediately, and never expires. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy, including the two exceptions we honour.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Share or resell content generated for you
• Use automated systems to access the Service

All content, design, and technology on Orient Destiny is owned by M&T Pacific LLC. AI-generated card images created for you are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

M&T Pacific LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
