All readings, forecasts, and interpretations provided by Orient Destiny are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other field. M&T Pacific LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any reading.

Orient Destiny offers digital content including AI-generated destiny cards, fortune readings, and reports.

IMPORTANT: Once digital content generation has begun or content has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• AI-generated destiny card images
• Weekly and yearly fortune reports
• Compatibility readings
• PDF downloads

By initiating content generation, you acknowledge and agree that the content has been created exclusively for you and cannot be returned.

Orient Destiny offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $5.99/month or $47.99/year
• Premium Plan: $7.99/month or $63.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Share or resell content generated for you
• Use automated systems to access the Service

All content, design, and technology on Orient Destiny is owned by M&T Pacific LLC. AI-generated card images created for you are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

M&T Pacific LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
